A Simple Savoury Favourite
Spelt courgette and cheese fritters cook into a crisp outside with a soft centre. The courgette keeps them moist without feeling heavy. Spelt flour helps bind the mixture while adding mild flavour. Cheese brings richness and balance. These fritters suit light lunches, snacks, or easy dinners.
Why These Fritters Work
Spelt flour absorbs moisture and holds the fritters together. Courgette gives texture and keeps the inside tender. Cheese melts gently and adds flavour. The batter mixes quickly with no resting time. They cook evenly in a shallow pan.
