A Delicious Snack or Side
Spelt Garlic Knots are soft, pillowy twists of bread with rich garlic flavour. They are perfect as a side for soups, salads, or pasta. Spelt flour gives a tender crumb with a subtle nutty note. Easy to make at home and ideal for sharing. The garlic butter topping adds aroma and flavour everyone loves.
Why These Knots Work
The dough is soft yet easy to shape. Garlic butter is applied both before and after baking for extra taste.
Spelt flour keeps them tender while holding shape. They bake golden brown and smell irresistible. Perfect for snacking or as a side at dinner.
