A Better Homemade Snack
Spelt Dark Ale Granola Bars are chewy, filling, and easy to make at home. They balance sweetness with deep malt flavour from dark ale. Spelt flakes add texture and a mild nutty taste. These bars work well for snacks, lunchboxes, or quick breakfasts. They slice clean and hold their shape. No special equipment is needed.
Why Dark Ale Works
Dark ale adds depth without strong bitterness. It boosts flavour without making the bars heavy. Spelt absorbs liquid well and stays chewy. Natural sweeteners keep the bars soft. The result is rich, balanced, and satisfying.
