These soft, spiced scones are made with wholegrain spelt flour, fresh apple, and a touch of cinnamon. Easy to make, ready in under 35 minutes, and perfect for cosy snacking

250 g, Wholegrain Spelt Flour

Preheat Oven: Preheat to 200°C (fan 180°C). Line a baking tray with parchment.

Mix Dry Ingredients: Combine flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a mixing bowl.

Add Butter: Rub diced butter into the dry ingredients using your fingertips until crumbly.
