Preheat oven.
- Heat oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray.
Mix ingredients.
- Add nuts, spelt flakes, honey, oil, salt, and cinnamon to a bowl. Stir to coat evenly.
Spread on tray.

Roast.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, stirring once halfway, until golden.
Cool.
- Remove from oven and cool fully. The mix crisps as it cools.
Break apart.
