Ingredients
200 g, Wholegrain Spelt Flour
Instructions

Preheat Oven: Set to 200°C (180°C fan). Prepare your roast tray or stew.

Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and herbs.

Add Butter: Rub butter into the flour mix until it looks like coarse crumbs.

Form the Dough: Stir in cold water gradually until a soft dough forms. Don’t overwork it.

Shape Dumplings: Divide into 8 balls. Place directly on top of your hot roast or stew.

Bake: Bake uncovered for 25 minutes until golden and puffed.
